We bring decades of experience to bear in litigating claims against the government and to the full range of pre and post-award bid protests before government agencies, Boards of Contract Appeals, the Government Accountability Office, and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, which has exclusive federal court jurisdiction over both pre-award and post-award bid protest matters.
