Firm Becomes Active In ITAA
Tighe Patton Armstrong Teasdale has become an active member of the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA), the premier association of all leading business interests in the burgeoning information technology (IT) industry, a field in which our firm is active in representing clients. The firm has become active in the legal resources working groups of ITAA, including the Liability Workgroup that explores issues relating to IT development contracting relations, insurance coverage, and appropriate limitations and protections for IT providers. IT firms provide over $800 billion per year of services to businesses around the world, ranging from simple coding assignments to complex development projects, systems integration and ongoing business processing. Our firm maintains an active practice in this area and we are pleased to be an active member of ITAA.
